Party Poker 2010 WSOP Satellites Schedule
PartyPoker has now announced qualifiers for the 41st annual 2010 World Series of Poker that will be held this summer. While many online poker sites offer satellite packages to the world’s most prestigious poker event, PartyPoker’s WSOP promo promises to be simple and non-convoluted, as well as free or extremely affordable. PartyPoker.com will send players to the Main Event via twice a day freerolls that will run daily at 1:15 p.m. ET and 7:15 p.m. ET on PartyPoker.
The first 25 places of the freerolls will continue on to the next level, the daily WSOP Sub Qualifier Speed Rebuy. During this event, blind levels increase every five minutes, and rebuys will be allowed up to the first break. If you just want to buy your way into this event, it will cost you a mere $2, and you don’t have to qualify in the freerolls. For every $80 in the prize pool, one entry to the next level will be awarded.
If you make it this far, you’ll receive an $80 WSOP Satellite Qualifier ticket, which you can also buy into directly. These events will run twice a day Monday through Saturday and will take place at 3:35 p.m. ET and 9:40 p.m. ET and one speed tourney will take place on Sunday at 1:45 p.m. ET. One in 10 players will advance.
The final level of this ladder will culminate in the massive $750 WSOP Satellite that will run weekly on Friday at 6:00 p.m. ET. One in 20 will win a $14K WSOP packages. You can also buy in here directly.
Other avenues to a WSOP prize package also exist. A second WSOP Sub Qualifier Speed Rebuy (like the previous one) will also take place but will cost $4 to buy into instead of $2. Another $9 WSOP Sub Qualifier Speed event will also take place without rebuys. One in 10 will advance. Party Poker WSOP qualifiers will run through June 13th, 2010, and the 2010 WSOP will take place from July 5th through July 17th in Las Vegas at the Rio All Suites.
The PartyPoker $14K WSOP 2010 prize package includes entry into the Main Event ($10K), $2K for spending cash, and hotel and hospitality accommodations. Winners will also receive an invitation to a poker seminar that will be hosted by one or more members of Team Party, Kara Scott, Mike Sexton, Tony G, or Ian Frazer.
